This'll end up being quite the block of text, but hopefully you'll see why it's all necessary as you read.

Some background:

My journey to self improvement started long before I took the red pill. I started off as a bodybuilder for a few months, and gained some muscle. Then I dropped ~65 lbs in 4 months with light cardio, intermittent fasting, better quality food, as well as diligent portion control, and along with the lifting of course. I felt like I was really bettering myself, and I still believe that to be true. It was around this initial "cut" when I realized I had some unusual physique issues. To put it bluntly, I have pretty noticeable gynecomastia, especially when I've got less fat on my body. This combined with my unusual lack of energy for a man of 19, has led me to believe I've got some hormone issues (that I've yet to confirm with my doctor). From the research I've done, once you've allowed the gynecomastia to settle (it happens in males during puberty, as you might expect) without fixing the hormone issues, it's there unless you undergo surgery to remove the tissue. Provided you don't skimp, and choose a skilled plastic surgeon, it generally runs around 5000 USD. After I finish my degree in electric engineering, this will certainly be affordable, but that's quite a long way away. There are compression tanks and shirts that do as they imply, and compress your chest to make the protrusion less noticeable, but that's not really an option when progressing with a girl intimately unless I'm insistent about leaving my shirt on (which shows a lack of confidence, and seems counterproductive).

All of this has led me to changing my exercise routine quite a bit, opting to do powerlifting with only some bodybuilding (read: hypertrophic) aspects, and adding some fat (since I look more masculine when I'm bulked up rather than slim). I've also stopped doing lower chest accessories (which only pushed out the excess breast tissue), and do a lot of upper chest work so as to make the breast tissue on the bottom of the pec less noticeable. I haven't completely struck out with the genetic lottery, however, measuring in at 6'4"-6'5" and being relatively well-endowed are usually considered pretty good things.

I'm not really that comfortable in my own skin enough to have ever progressed intimately with a lady, although when I've tested my game here in the past week or so (my first time ever really "flirting," actually), quite a few have been initiating a bit of kino with me (instead of the other way around, which I assume is a good thing).

I know it's a very low likelihood that any of you will be able to relate to much of my situation, but I would like any honest advice you guys have to offer, as anyone in my life would just give me the "you're perfect the way you are" spiel that isn't really helpful.
