A colleague of mine separated from his wife recently but his children continue to live with him.

So I don't use the term womaniser lightly but since he's separated he's not far off being one. We've had a casual thing for a little while.

For various reasons the first night we had sex I refused to go to a Hotel with him and he didn't want to go to my place, so we went to his house.

Now here's where I think this touches on issues which might be of interest to members of r/mensrights.

His sons are in their teens and I found their reaction the next morning kind of fascinating. It seemed to be quite a big deal for them that I'd stayed the night.

It was Sunday which is the only day off I take during the week, and all I usually want to do is stay in bed, read the papers, have sex and just generally lounge around. I ended up spending the morning and afternoon at their house.

So just something simple like having breakfast and lunch, or playing video games with me, seemed to be a big thing for them. Even though their mother had only moved out a few weeks earlier, they'd had a difficult relationship with her for a long time before then.

I'm not saying that I was somehow taking the place of their mother, but they seemed to be missing have a Feminine influence in their house.

Their father while basically shagging everything with a vagina, won't bring any other women back to the house now, because he feels it will cause confusion.

As I only stay over every couple of weeks, I notice his sons have started to make a bigger deal of it, when I do.

It's not even that they're massively fond of me, I know that they have a few complaints about me, yet they still look forward to my staying over.

I think they want a Woman in general in the house rather than me in particular. Also I think they might be coming to terms with realising that their Dad is actually in sexual relationships with women, do you think that would be an issue for them?

I find it odd and interesting, their father has banned me from having any real discussion about it with them, so I'd like to read the thoughts of men here.
