This kind of stupidity has to stop. If the penalty had to be paid from the pocket of the authorities who made this decision, may be they'd have thought twice about it. Because it's the "school", "school district", "education department" or whatever fancy name for taxpayer money, they keep doing this.

Theres a severe lack of men in teaching overall, I don't need to wonder why much with this kind of stuff going on.

“The school does not discriminate against employees or applicants for employment on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, ancestry, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or any physical or mental disability.”

If you stop employeeing an employee who has been doing just fine before for no reason and then seek to replace them specifically with someone of a different gender, thats discrimination, fuckos.

Should have won a HELL of a lot more than $41,000. That's probably just about 1 years salary for him, but he is still out of a job over this. I'd think 5-10 years salary would be more fair for this type of discrimination.

This is precisely why I warn young women in particular not to pay any attention to feminist bullshit. In a lot of cases they are advising you to break the law and even if you manage to intimidate one or two people with the tactics they use you're inevitably going to come across somebody who will not put up with your bullshit and come after you with a vengeance.

Feminists are political thugs and criminals and if you think I'm wrong ask yourself this, why do they keep losing lawsuits?
