You have to tell that little self-conscious voice in your head to stfu when approaching or interacting with new people.

My tip for accomplishing this is to really try to focus in on the person you are engaging and what they have to say. Ask questions, hold eye contact, take interest. People love talking about themselves when they think someone is interested. It's pretty obvious when someone is only half listening to you, and has an internal monologue going.

This comes from practice. After you've talked to 100 women come back and tell us how you don't do this anymore.

Start with just being yourself and saying whatever silly thing comes into your head. The more you do this, the more you'll figure out what works and what doesn't.

Forget over-analyzing, don't analyze at all. Do and say shit that amuses you, adjust from there. Take a look around you and notice how many attractive women there are. Realize that most women that are with dudes are not actually with the dudes. You need to go in with the mindset that you're an awesome dude and you're there to share whatever awesomeness you choose to share. Don't make "approaching" into some big thing, look at it as interacting with your environment.

Work on your brain filter. Like the rest of your body, your brain needs to exercise to get stronger. Come up with a plan of attack for when you approach women. Ignore any 'what-ifs'. If you fail, no one cares. Just try again with someone else. If you are worried about the amount of potential women available, then work your skills on women you would rather NOT date. Abundance mentality and all that shit is fully applicable here.

Like all interactions:

Person + Person = Emotional.

NOT

Person + Person = Personal.

From there we can deduce that:

You + Womyn = Emotional

with Womyn = any woman on this planet.

Therefore:

Does it matter what SHE thinks? = No. Does it matter the best approach is for HER? = No. Does it matter who SHE is? = No.

The only thing that matters is the emotion you carry. A naturally playful, positive and confident vibe is always attractive. It's not what you say, but how you say it, how you carry yourself etc.

Keep in mind that in the grand scheme of things, nothing matters and nobody cares.

The ideal approach is an extension of your natural playful and positive carefree self colliding with people and thus women in your proximity.

The best way to practice approaching is to practice being. Simply practice being playful, positive and carefree with everyone you see/encounter/pass by. Smile. Do not judge them on their appearance. They are your playthings for emotional (and thus interactive) progression. Try triggering smiles from them by smiling at them. See where not giving a shit leads your actions regardless of who the other person is.

The only way to truly stop thinking about approaching is when you have made a habit of positive interaction with your proximity. If she happens to enter that area, interaction will be as effortless as it is with an elderly cripple.

Women will mirror you. If you're interested and interesting, she'll get interested. She's a little girl. There are hundreds of millions of them. Only one of you. What the fuck are you worried about?
