I’ve been trying to be more intentional about how I show up in my relationship, especially with communication and being supportive instead of reactive. I like the tone of this subreddit because it feels more focused on self-improvement and actually building something stable.

But whenever I try to find more info outside of here, it gets weird fast. A lot of it feels really negative or just people complaining, and it doesn’t really match what I see here at all.

I’d love recommendations for books, videos, or creators that focus more on emotional intelligence, healthy dynamics, and long-term relationships without all the bitterness.

does anyone have suggestions that actually align with that?
