"Used Up?" Everytime I read that I want to laugh. "Used Up" is what a girl that doesn't want to try anything challenging tells herself so she can resign back into the world of angry, self-serving, lazy-ass feminism. Nope. Steel up and do what you need to do.

  1. Lose the weight. You need to look your best. Focus on becoming more feminine and attractive.
  2. Get new hobbies.
  3. Learn compassion. Learn to think about opinions that don't pump up your self esteem as having the possibility of being correct.
  4. Read about becoming more feminine and high value to attract a high-value man.
  5. Actually try caring about this stuff than coming here with this faux-non-judgmental liberal woe-is-me attitude. If you want to be single and "used up" at 21 then continue taking this stuff lightly.

[–]lamerthanfiction1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I do not take it lightly at all.

And I am extremely feminine. Being attractive is literally the most important aspect of my self. Wearing make-up and dressing nicely are essential to me. No exceptions, and I have worn make up and dressed in skirts/dresses since the age of 10, without change.

Obviously weight loss is extremely important, I even mentioned it in my post, because I consider it a fault. My body is a part of myself as important as my mind, and thus, it should be respected and presented polished to the outside world.

I did not mean to come off woe-is-me, although I can see your point.

And I don't see what compassion has to do with the second thing you said there, but this is exactly what I am trying to do. These ideas do not inflate my self-esteem they make me feel "used up" but because I love evolutionary psychology and biology I have recognized that these ideas have a lot of merit. Although resigning myself to the idea that the red pill is right has caused me to have an existential crisis regarding my own worth--I have still embraced these ideas.

[–]beginnerbuttocks1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I know how you mean.

The first time I read this I was like 'omgmywholelifeisalie!' But there are a lot of things that can make a young woman feel worthless but RP-philosophy is the only one that shows you how to build up your own value!

That's what's so amazing. We don't come here to pat each other on the backs for doing the bare minimum. We don't give out points for pandering to our feels

We expect to be pushed and to push ourselves. You may feel worthless now, but work on yourself and in a few months you'll be so so so glad you bumped into this.

I'm 21 too and considered a "feminist leader" where I live. So what I do is I don't discuss RPW with anyone. I slip in some points here and there but staying focused is easy when you're not letting your fem friendstry to talk you out of this.

Just keep reading and thinking and meditating on this stuff.

[–]lamerthanfiction0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Thank you. I will keep reading, and thinking about it. I've been lurking for a long while, but it feels so disheartening.

But you are so right. I just need to keep working and in six months I will feel less worthless and gain worth with every day. Thank you, your positivity is so needed :)

I just feel so alone, sometimes. reading things like this make me feel like others can relate. thank you.

[–]beginnerbuttocks1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You're welcome! :)

[–]lamerthanfiction-1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I don't want to be single and used at 21, please I am so sorry my post was phrased incorrectly. I realize it seems like I am maximizing my woes and being dramatic, but this idea that a woman's value is all in her looks and fertility rings 100% true to me.

But that also makes me feel completely suicidal, to the point that I feel my life is totally worthless, and I will never be able to live the life I want because of the mistakes I have already made.

If that isn't true--how do I repent for being a slut already and not being feminine and being fat and entitled and liberal and wanting to get a PhD and just being overall disgusting man-repellant?

Do I just soldier forward and pretend this version of myself never existed? Lose the weight, and never go back. Move to a different city, maybe? I suppose I already know the answer is yes.

Thank you for responding to my post.

[–]TempestTcup1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Work on yourself. Lose the weight, grow out your hair, smile more, be as sweet as possible, and try to become more feminine. The feminine attracts the masculine.

Men are simple creatures when it comes to a relationship; they want an attractive, fit woman who is sweet and sexually accommodating. If you make them a sammich, that is an added bonus!

Fix yourself and don't look back except to occasionally congratulate yourself on your improvement. You don't have to move :)

[–]lamerthanfiction0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

My hair is so long! Haha! Almost 3 feet! But I will grow it longer!!! Thank you, haha! ;)

Seriously, though, your advice is great! Thank you.

I like to believe humans are so complex, but we really aren't.

[–]TempestTcup1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Awesome - one less thing to worry about! I think 3 feet is long enough; I keep reading from men that hair long enough to cover your breasts is the perfect length.

[–]lamerthanfiction0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

YES! I have had men call that the "Eve" before, and I do think it looks quite good while nude, haha

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

please read the sidebar and remove your shaming language about TRP if youd like to have this reposted

[–]lamerthanfiction-1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

I want to have this reposted, and I would love to be an active member of this community. But if you just called me a shamer like some sjw or HAES landwhale, then maybe this community isn't where I belong.

Thank you. I believe in freedom of speech and language is essential to that. The content of my post is 100% RPW--so if my words are too much for you, than maybe you are too used to the feminized world that TRP is always complaining about.

Sorry for breaking the rules, and being so rude, mod.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

"so if my words are too much for you, than maybe you are too used to the feminized world that TRP is always complaining about."

and then you just did the exact same thing to a mod? i hope you dont talk to men this way.

you did shame them, you said you thought they were homosexuals. did you read any of the sidebar

there was no evidence from your post that you read the sidebar, which would have addressed everything you mentioned, and presented you with a lengthy explanation of what you are seeing at TRP

you are right, if you can only express yourself with feminist shaming language, which you have now done twice, then no you dont belong here. if you can think about whats being said to you and read the sidebar and put your obnoxious, defiant personality in check for a minute to actually learn something then you do belong here. and good luck in life reacting to men the way you reacted to my request that you read the sidebar and rephrase your question. nothing says "RPW" like being a defiant, overreactive, demanding, argumentative shrew

[–]lamerthanfiction0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

You are right. I should have read the side bar and respected the rules of the community.

Truth be told, I have been browsing here and I assumed it was more of an open forum then I guess it is.

And the homosexuals thing was a serious question--I just wanted to pose to the community. I definitely don't think all redpill men are like that, mainly just a few select ones that I've read. But that was wrong.

I'm sorry, I am in a bad place, and very defiant to women in general. Not so much to men. But being submissive to men doesn't help when you are a fat feminist. I really am sorry for being rude to you. I am just lonely and sad, and was looking to be rude to someone.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

ok i dont know if youre being serious or not, but if you are NOT being a troll and you ARE coming from a serious place, we really can help you and would really love to

[–]lamerthanfiction1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

And also, thank you, because this community seems supportive and helpful, and getting my post removed disheartened me and I lashed out. I have a lot to learn.

[–]lamerthanfiction0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Of course I am serious, I am not being a troll. Apparently I really need to look at how I express myself in writing, because it seems I am widely misunderstood.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

well, believe it or not you are truly welcome

read the sidebar, post more around, ask questions and listen to what we tell you before kneejerk reacting, a lot of this goes against everything youve heard all your life and can be tough to swallow. please read my piece about the reconciliation between male and female nature in particular

[–]lamerthanfiction0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

can I be honest for a second, because you seem really nice:

This whole redpill idea has made me suicidal and hopeful all at once. And today I just am leaning on the suicidal side, feeling as though I will never live up to the ideal image I must portray to be a successful woman who has a successful husband.

I saw you posted once that your mom is shrew and your dad is a beta, and thus I assume you can relate to what I said in my original post about bad modeling.

I feel like a newborn deer. Like I don't know how to walk anymore, this is all so different.

But thank you so much for your kindness. I will read more around before posting again, and try and implement everything I can into my life as it is already, and try and change the aspects of my life that don't fit in with this philosophy. I will not listen to detractors anymore.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

we want nothing more than to help women. its not as bleak as you think!!

what trp shows you isn tthat you are WORTHLESS, but that your worth on the SEXUAL market place, and the MARRIAGE market place is dynamic, and shifting. women who refuse to recognize this get stuck in believing their market value stays fixed at its height LONG after it begins its downward slide, they overvalue themselves, reject men in their league and end up alone

LISTEN TO ME!!! your value does not become ZERO!!!!! and you can INFLUENCE your generic value a GREAT deal.

TRP is harsh because its trying to knock decades of bullshit out of peoples heads rapidly. to be a maverick, especially a female maverick, to buck the herd is tough, and takes guts, the guts to see the truth and say YES, this is the truth--i will work within the truth to make myself the VERY BEST ME i can and i will be kind and humble regarding the good men who may want me

[–]lamerthanfiction1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You are 100% right. I need to make myself the best person I can be, and then if I still don't find men interested in me who I feel are up to my "standards" then I need to modify my standards. And although my value has already begun to decrease, I think I have maybe 7 good years left to improve myself (mentally and physically) to find a suitable match.

Thank you for all your help!

[–]TempestTcup1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

TRP has a different agenda than RPW does, and they are coming from a different place. You can get a lot of really good information from them if you can accept how men speak to other men without having to temper it for women's delicate sensibilities.

I'm not going to approve your post because you didn't answer the questions and because you used shaming language about our brother sub TRP.

You sound like you are very lost, angry, and frustrated just like the men at TRP. They are going through the exact same process as you are, and the red pill is a bitter pill because it makes you realize that you have been lied to your entire life about so many things. Read some of the links on the sidebar and stick around if you would like; maybe we can help.

[–]lamerthanfiction1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I don't think women have inherently delicate sensibilities, I just think that both men and women are people, and when anyone uses dehumanizing language (like racial slurs, for example) it sours me. But then again, I am a woman, so maybe it really is my delicate sensibility.

I need to accept that I am not the same as a man, but it is HARDDD.

I am lost, and frustrated.

Thank you. I don't have time right now, because I have to go to school, but I will repost this later having answered the questions, and I'll read the sidebar. Sorry, I should have done that in the first place.

[–]TempestTcup0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

LOL, women are the worst about censoring and trying to ban words like "bossy". They get offended at EVERYTHING! You will need to toughen up a bit here because we will put things bluntly and some things we say will hurt.

We don't clutch at pearls around here and we don't sugarcoat our message, so you may read a lot of things that don't digest well, but you will soon learn that it is very freeing to speak your mind without worrying about rearranging your words into a politically correct configuration.

[–]lamerthanfiction1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

That's what I was doing and my post was banned for shaming language--

with all due respect: I was doing exactly that. Putting things bluntly. If someone had responded "Go fuck yourself, and here's why" I would have been much less surprised than I was by having my post removed.

You will find no pearl clutching with me either. Although I do like to caress my pearl strands from time to time :)

sidenote: "they" get offended at everything? I thought you were a woman too? Woops.

[–]TempestTcup0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah, but seriously read your post. It is full of shaming language - we aren't going to shame you, but we will tell you things that you don't want to hear. We will tell you harsh truths.

I did used to get offended until I decided that I wasn't going to be offended anymore; it's as simple as that. A lot of women (and some men of course, but lesser so) actually LOOK for things that that will offend them. I know this because there are a few subreddits that exist solely to mock and troll us. They post abuse hotline numbers and ask why we like to be beaten (we are not beaten, lol!).
