I guess I would have done questions for you.
What do you think it means to be a rpw?
How are you changing your social circle?
What exactly are you trying to get out of being a "rpw"? A relationship? New friends? Marriage? Being able to have your AF and then your BB? Ideas on how to land a AB?

I'm looking more for ideas on how to land an AB and also how to tell if he's AB. I find a lot of guys who are AF or BB but are there pointers to telling if a man is AB?
I'm having a hard time changing my social circle, but I've reached out to several acquaintances. I thought about volunteering but have yet to do so...
I'm not fully sure of what it means to be a rpw other than being more feminine and reserved in a way. Some things I've been working on include becoming a bit more spontaneous and not freak out if things don't go my way, not complaining over little, useless things (don't run my mouth) and the other things listed in RPW 101.

It's good that you have idea of what you want.
First, please don't get caught up with "omg, I like this guy! But is he too beta/alpha?" I always found those terms silly. If you are able to find a man who you respect, are attracted to, and who makes you want to be the best person ever, then forget about those terms. He will be your man, as you are his woman.
Social change is hard, but defiantly something you can accomplish. If you find something at which to volunteer that you enjoy that would be good. Other options would be joining clubs/activities you enjoy. This way you can meet like minded individuals of both sexes. Possible future girlfriend and maybe significant others.
Don't forget your past but know that it no longer defines you. Like the other poster said, we all have one. You want to attract a "mate" so act like and become someone who is dateable. Unlike what some other posters on this forum says, it is best to vet men by dating them for awhile (until you guys are exclusive) before having sex. This is so that you can weed out then men who are just looking for a quick lay. You will want someone who gives you tingles but not someone who tries to push beyond your boundaries.
As for being more "feminine" I think the general rule of thumb is "don't be a dick". You want the men to like you, so become attractive (Not just physical), but in manners and actions. Drinking to a minimum, drugs probably a no-no, basically stay in control of yourself and your actions.
I don't know if this is very helpful, I'm sorry if it isn't.

We all 'have a past'. Even the most perfect virgin unicorn princess snowflake has done things in her past that she regrets, that's called being human. All you can do is change your actions so that you don't have even more to regret a year from now.
