It's the little details. First, if your date feels like an interview (particularly not a fun one) then you're doing it wrong. Tease her about something and turn it sexual. Rest your hand on the small of her back or thigh when you talk. That's what kicks it up a notch and you can see them melt in your arms. I've been on dates where it seemed standoffish until we started touching each other, and I've blown dates from jumping into touching them without warming up.
