While "wanna fuck?" may seem a little crass, it's straight up and to the point. Maybe not in those exact words but anything to that effect would do just as well.

Something like "We should hook up again, I miss that" Note I said that and not "you". No need to fill a girl's head up with silly mind games, making her ponder an array of "what ifs", and "does he miss mes?", You're both 19, right? She knows what's up.
