Also you are placing blame on everything but yourself. Stop blaming shit on mental disorders and others actions or your "non photogenicness".

Pick your worthless ass up, and give yourself worth. I didn't read the entire thing, but go fucking lift and stop masturbating. Then read Models by Mark Manson. Finally, come to terms that nothing is going to change until you stop blaming everything else.

We live in a world where I was able to find enough resources to overcome ADD and OCD without counseling or meds, if you take advantage of counseling and know that YOU have to be the change, you can overcome it. Don't expect others to make life easy

No one owes you anything, the world doesn't give a shit about you until you make yourself someone worth giving a shit about. No amount of pretending to be "alpha" will fix this.

Tl;dr you didn't talk about yourself and emotions or opinions at all, and blame everything and everyone else. Stop doing that, and take responsibility for your own life for once
