So I've noticed a constant when hooking up with chicks and I wanted to hear some of your dumb ass ideas of whats going on.

You get to their house or you get them to come over and the first words they utter is "I'm not gonna have sex with you." They say it very affirmative too. You start making out, start undressing and some foreplay goes underway. Then they'll say it again. "I'm not gonna have sex with you." This time they'll say it hesitantly. As if they're scared that they can't stop themselves from fucking you. They'll suck your dick let you finger them whatever. Then, when I notice that they really really really want to fuck. I'll either ask (which in my opinion is gay asf, but I feel the need to because I want to know if they are truly willing to fuck me.) Or, I'll start to put my dick around their pussy kinda hinting that I'm about to put it in. Once again they say no. This time I can tell that if I did do it they wouldn't stop me whatsoever.

My question is this, does no really mean no? I mean it's right there, its the obvious next step to this little dance men and woman have. Why do they say no? So far I've respected that no of theirs.
