i recently got hired to work on a creative project with a few other people. the guy that hired us told the group to work to my style and that i would be going over everyone's work. i definitely bit off more than i can chew because this is in addition to my 9-5 job.

what i'm struggling with is whether or not i should explain to the others how my style works. but the reason i don't wanna do this is because my unique style is what allowed me to get on this project and put into a leadership position. the field this is in is competitive so any advantage helps. otoh, if i explained the basics of my style, it would make my life easier and position me as someone that is known to provide value (i think). btw, there aren't any girls in this group i'm trying to fuck.

tldr; should i keep my secrets to myself or share my formula to make my life easier?
