Focus on getting out the house and becoming self-sufficient.

See if you can stall for time (don't say anything about it for a while and let it blow over), but if not just text her "hi" and keep it at that.

I know you probably came to RedPill expecting cries of revolution but there's a time and place for everything. After you become independent you can cut him off completely or get whatever vengeance you want, but until then just play his game.

Thats sad you dont want to talk your sister. My little brother and little sister are the two most important people in my life. I would text her at the very least. Whats the worst that can happen? She wants to get lunch every once in a while? The horror.
