Take some time to be alone and sort through that shit. There's no point in taking out your anger on random women. They actually don't know any other way to be. You're just pissed you've been brainwashed up until now. Go lift, or work on yourself, meditate. Then take women into your life again with a new knowledge. Enjoy them for what they are, the mother's of your future children. They're not like us, never were, never will be. They can provide all sorts of enjoyable experience though, just don't count on them to be guys, 'cuz they're not.

You took a hard left somewhere, it's ok most everyone does, but when you reached the point that your blood is boiling for just seeing a woman you've gone down the wrong path. Don't hate women for being women. You feel betrayed because the bullshit is finally peeled away and you realize you've been sold a bill of good your whole life. It fucking stings, I know. But understand this realization will help you through all chapters in your life to come once you digested the harsh reality of it all. And this same women came up to you and talked about her relationship. Would you tell her to fuck off or would you discuss the situation with her. Let me rephrase this. Which option is leadership (core value of being alpha). Would people like you, would they respect you, would they listen to you, if you told them to fuck off. No. So that isn't what a real alpha male would do and that is what you see from people who are true leaders, like Fortune 500 CEOS.
