I'm not going to be the one to demean you by calling it 'beta' or 'scarcity mentality', but you need to wake up. From the text she sent she's definitely over the relationship rather than you, still reeling and crying over the breakup.

There's a reason she broke up with you, and for the sake of full disclosure, I'm not going to ask. But you need to realise she's not the one, but one of many. There's a lot of high quality women out there that you're missing out on, you need to get over yourself before you make the first step back into dating.

Get yourself sorted out. Watch some Jordan Peterson lectures on how to make life fulfilling. Seek out hobbies and activities that compartmentalise your pain. Finally, please don't go. Do the right thing and tell her you're busy with things to do.
