Can be both. No one can tell without the context. If she just opens a conversation to eventually get you to do something for her you are an orbiter. If she opens a conversation to invite you to do stuff together without further reasons then maybe she wants to fuck.

Telling you that you remind her of her brother isn't a good sign.
