It might be helpful if someone can spell out how a girl benefits from casual sex.

Unlike what the mainstream folks (and sometimes the tradcon crowd here) digs repeating women can adopt a dual mating strategy, this is, they have the right wiring for splitting getting their "physical" needs (related to sex, the easy explanation is getting good genes to father her children) met by one source, an "Alpha fucks" and her "emotional" needs (these ones related to having a stable and trustworthy environment to raise those children) met by another, a "beta bucks", her family and parents or something else.
I guess there are some serious things about it on the sidebar but "dual mating strategy in humans" is bound to bring you studies that prove that.
So man, it's basically how you present yourself. Your mindset isn't "wrong" but it ends up being detrimental to you because, as you strive to be the one right guy for both roles, your inexperience ends up making you an easy prey for the women that want you for the beta bucks role, which really, really sucks for men. There's something else playing here called "evolutionary egoism". Making it short, if you're the one reliable guy that won't flake on her when she needs you no matter what happens, "love bigger than all" thing, it's only rational for her to give you the bb role and find better genes than yours for her children.
So basically, it's not evil or anti ethical to present yourself in a way that drives you to the role you want to fulfill instead of the role she wants you to fulfill. She has both characters in her life.

I'm just seeking a couple lines I can say every time.

As soon as you state your intentions things run smoother, so in any environment but cold approaches during the day you can go with it and keep normal conversation afterwards. "It's fun that you know your rock'n roll, but I'll totally kiss you once this conversation is over.";
Absolutely every kissing gambit out there (google "PUA Kissing gambits);
Routines to initiate touch (google "PUA kino routines"), thumb wars, shit like that.

For me that's, in order, from easy to hard (to get myself to actually do, I still struggle with some anxieties). It's also in order from more to less likely to get you dumped (bad game causes less anxiety, lol).

I generally use "I like your glasses" or " I like your eyebrows" or " I like your hair" Generally the response is positive. If you say you're attractive you'll look creepy asf.
