You're living in a fantasy world thinking most men, particularly in their 20s these days have the finiancial independence and skills so well established they can pick up any woman on the side as they'd like. Men need to step it up because most of them are being left behind by the significant increases in women becoming highly educated and successful.

I wouldn't call the wave of art history or Sociology majors out there successful and many of them spend a lot of money on degrees that will never earn them jobs that will pay the money back for those degrees.
Yes women are out graduating men but not many in meaningful subjects or studies
