If you can't change it, you have to accept it.
I have as well some sort of "skin disease" which I cannot cover. When I was a kid I was ashamed of it, always trying to cover it awkwardly and I've been called disgusting a number of times.
Build a social circle, act like you're completely normal, if someone points that out don't start cringing like a kid, nobody wanna hear that. Come out with a joke or an absurd story: "When I was a kid my friend's house was on fire, his dog was still inside and I couldn't stop myself from saving him. Which, if you wonder, is why I'm smoking hot".
Just like short guys have to deal with height, bald guys have to deal with loss of hair, black / indian / asian people have to deal with prejudice, you'll have to deal with that. Do not make it your excuse.

Sadly it seems you are defeated before you have even started. Look to what you can change, and don't worry about the things that you can't.

I imagined you doing something like that.
Meditation and frame. The solution.
