Asking questions like "what I should have said" and "did I say the wrong thing" or "is it better to say X" are retarded.

She could have unmatched you for 100000000 different reasons, all of them related or unrelated to what you said. We will never know.

You should, instead, focus on making yourself so fucking awesome that it doesn't matter what you say.

If she's really that hot, she probably has a lot of matches. Interacting with you might have been just for quick entertainment without any genuine interest or desire to actually meet or for it to go anywhere. Or it could have been a catfish who was bored. It's best to not over-analyze until you exchange numbers/actually meet.
