Just moved to a new state for work I'm a Medical Laboratory Technician, I work in a small hospital.

I wanna build a social circle cause there a quite a few girls who work in my proximity, not necessarily in the lab :(, but in the family health clinic across the hall for instance.

Being squirreled away in the lab doesn't allow a whole lot of opportunity to socialize with them, at least during work.

I do however see quite a few of them at the cafeteria in the hospital, some with guys, sometimes just a gaggle of girls.

Beyond work, i intend to pick up kickboxing again, i also want to take either a Dance or an Acting class, partly out of interest for both subjects, but mostly to meet women. Given limited time i'm gonna have to choose one (unless i want to cut into kickboxing, which is unlikely), so it's really whether or not i want to improve my non existent dancing skills, or build up my people skills and charisma. What would yall recommend? Dancing would let me get more "intimate" with the girls, and while acting class may have some more men, i imagine they're beta losers.

I consider myself a high value man (I'm 20 y/o, so alcohol is unfortunately out of the equation) I have a car, money, a good paying job, quite a few hobbies and talents (Guitar, Kickboxing, i'm bilingual and soon to be tri cus i'm working on my Spanish), fairly well educated. I'm also in excellent shape i lift 3-5 times a week, have a fair amount of muscle mass (though i'm a bit chubby at around 18 percent body fat, i'm cutting atm hopefully down to around 14%), and am tall at 6'2

My biggest weaknesses however are A. my inexperience with women (still a virgin), and my terrible social skills (Which explain the first point), but am presently doing my best to fix those.

I wanna build a social circle male friends first i imagine, who'd then introduce me to female friends and so on and so forth, as well as put myself in a high regard in the hospital as being sociable and "popular"...

How do i go about doing this? I have a as i believe (minus my two aforementioned weaknesses) a very strong foundation to build off. If my people skills weren't so fucked i'd of course be better off, but work in progress.

Soo... What would yall recommend given the previous info?

I was also thinking about doing some volunteer events (the hospital schedules some periodically), i think it would be a great way to meet people, women especially, as well as paint me in a very positive light.

I look forward to yalls feedback, thank you in advance!
