stop pitying yourself fool. your looks barely matter, women just want somebody who is dominant. lift, eat plants, and stop worrying so much about your appearance. focus more on having a positive aura and being fun to be around

Two things:

Meditate non-judgmentally -- meaning, breath deeply for at least 5-10 minutes everyday...MANY thoughts and feelings are going to come up: Allow ALL OF THEM. The paradox to bad feelings is, "What you resist, persists": If you think, "I don't want to feel depressed, I don't want to feel sad" you will keep feeling that way. It's like a coiled spring that you are pushing down constantly; wasting your energy.

Feeling depressed, sad, worthless? Breath deeply, and literally say to yourself, "This is depression" or "This is sadness". Whatever the emotion is. It MUST be allowed.

The second part, all of this is neurochemistry and neurochemistry is partly how you think, how the people around you think, and a big chunk of diet and exercise (the fuel for good brain and body chemistry). You need to be committed to the slow, grinding process of changing everything at the CELLULAR LEVEL. This isn't an ON/OFF-switch. It's an ugly, twisting, ruthless, confusing process of self discovery. You will feel worse before you get better

BE PREPARED FOR THE LONG GAME AND GET FUCKING ANGRY. 20 Push ups RIGHT NOW BITCH! Watch the Joe Rogan interview with Wim Hof and do 30 of his "priming breaths" (strong deep inhales with short exhales). You might feel light headed, you're changing your body chemistry.
