Not sure how to read this post but I assume you're asking for a good way to word to her that you need a break? It's simple. Ghost her. You don't need to explain yourself to her at all. Communicate with actions not words.

If she texts you don't text back. Or if you feel like you need to, just be vague. Let her fantasize about what you could be doing rather than being with her. Let the hamster spin.
