How many times have you been there.

For every time you have been there and didn't ask her out, your chances of her accepting your invitation decrease. She will wonder why you took so long, and possibly view you as a coward. Especially if you have shown any beta like behavior toward her when you have been there.

If you still want to do it, you will have to have your game on point and hope your SMV is high enough.

In all seriousness, if you see her outside of work or when she's leaving work, you could chat her up, otherwise I wouldn't bother with it. She is being paid to be nice to you, hence why she's being friendly, I wouldn't put a lot thought about the interactions with this girl, I'm pretty sure she gets hit on alot. You're probably started to find her attractive and got oneitis due to scarcity mindset, I would just focus on other women.
