Is that the right thing to do with a girl, to show her that you disapprove?

I've walked out on my girl many times when she didn't do something i expected of her. So whenever she refuses something, my face becomes that exact face and she knows I'm about to leave and quickly apologizes for her behaviour.

It has been working great for me. But is that the right way to be acting? TRP tells us to not show emotions, or show that you're annoyed with something; to just simply withdraw attention.

Can someone please enlighten me with this approach; how you convey disapproval or "train" her?

And whether i should keep doing my way, since its working? Or this relationship will fall apart?
