You may want to post this on /r/raisedbynarcissists . Your parents sound like they have major personality problems and were emotionally abusive.

You may also try posting on /r/sex.

So basically you had/ have a normal sex drive and did a bunch of normal stuff lots of other teenagers do. The real problem was your parents had major emotional issues. In particular your mom was delusional and an acrimonious bitch. You didn't, you weren't.

Step 1, lose your religion if you haven't already, and cut ties to all the "feel-bad bullshit." Refuse to feel any guilt or shame about this.

Step 2, buy a vibrator and find some porn or erotica you like, then get off as much as you want, whenever you want, no exceptions. Absolutely refuse to feel guilty or blame yourself about it.

Step 3 get some sex positive female friends you can talk about your issues with. Ask other women about their sex lives.

Step 4, for hell's sake don't go off the deep end, in the complete opposite direction. Sleep with guys you actually trust and you want to keep around long term. Don't overcompensate by going after dramatic guys who you see as "fixer-uppers", just because you think you can't do better.
