So one way or another you ended up dropping a plate. Maybe she caught feelings and you ended it. Maybe she was being a pain in your ass and you didn't want to deal with it. Maybe she was the one who ended things saying she's "had it with you and your playboy ways!" These things happen, you can't spin them all forever, even the pros here occasionally tell us about how they fucked up and dropped one or two... But keep in mind you don't always have to go out and buy a new plate. Not all of them break when they hit the ground. Sometimes getting them spinning again is as easy as picking up the phone. I'll give you a personal example from just last night. I had a lady friend cancel on coming over so I decided to text a girl who ended our fuck buddy arrangement back in March. (For the curious she ended things after we had the "what are we" talk and I told her I was not interested in being exclusive) She has been texting me more frequently the past 2 weeks, so after I told her if she came over I would have her whole body shaking in ecstasy, I wasn't surprised when she said she would text me when she left. I'll spare you the details, but suffice it to say the sex was mutually satisfying, and an hour later we were on my apartment's patio smoking hash oil from her new vape pen (those are awesome by the way, I need to get one) All in all it was a great night, albeit one that I wasn't really expecting. She's already expressed interest in a followup performance so it seems we're headed right back to where we started. Point being, if you knew how to rev their engines before, you can easily do it again. Just because things ended doesn't mean you can't pick up the plates that don't break and keep on spinning.

TL;DR If you lose a plate, keep their number and shoot them a text a couple of months later. Lots of women would rather be a plate then off the table.
