If her seeing you with those guys lowered your value in her eyes, you don't want her.

You don't check in with a woman to see if what you do is all right with her. You do what you want to do; it's your frame.

If she asks you about your time with them, as a man you won't sluff off those guys as losers, even if she (especially if she) begs you to render a judgment on them, you describe the circumstances at a reasonable level and let it go.

The thing that will lower your value in her eyes is your preoccupation with looking for validation from other people.

Fuck her and her values. Do what you want to do. Kick it with who you want to kick it with. You'll never be a man of high value when you place a premium on other people's opinions over your own.
