Honestly who gives a fuck. Stop fawning over little things. Showing concern to someone shows that you are concerned about that person, that is all. It doesn't mean you broke frame, or have oneitis or whatever. If you have to analyse every little nuance to your interactions the you're not really doing this right.

Anyway, women can actually be very forgiving to screw ups if your SMV is high enough and you have the right mindset. Just move on and treat her like you always have. Pretend it never happened. Whatever you do, don't keep thinking that you 'ruined the momentum' because it will show in your interactions and you inevitably will ruin the momentum.

Also don't be afraid to show concern when applicable, thats fine. Its insecurity that you need to be wary of, but that's what were here for.
