Then spend $5000 on a lawyer. Better yet- sell everything you can beg borrow and steal until you can afford the best lawyer in Ontario. I know fuck all about Canadian law but don't say a word to anyone without a lawyer.

If they had enought probable cause to arrest you, you would already be in jail. They now have a naked allegation; they are trying their luck at getting you to make self-incriminating statements out of irrational fear of their power.

Don't talk to cops. Never talk to cops. If you don't want them to come looking for you, call them to say you're not talking to them, or go to the station to say you're not talking.

This goes no matter what you're accused of.
