Tell your dad that she knows. You can't keep her quiet forever. Remember, everything a woman says come with "right now". Your sister isn't exempt. She will have an emotional day, blurt it out, and say it just happened.

Men crave variety, so I don't blame your dad. You also don't know the marital problems or solutions your parents have between each other.

If it was just you, I'd say keep your mouth shut and you'd be fine. But it's not, and your sister will spread it like wildfire the first chance she gets to be emotional.

You can determine how to tell him, out of anger/disappointment/understanding. It depends on how you feel. I would be understanding with my own dad, but we are two completely different people and this part is 100% up to you.

But he needs to know. Your sister isn't going to be graceful when she blurts it out.

Is your mom stupid? No? Then your mom knows, and chooses to not make it a thing, probably for you, or your parents have an agreement that ya'll are OBVIOUSLY left out of for good reason. Putting it out in the open will only make it harder on your mother. Blowing up your dad's spot will do the opposite of helping anyone at all.

And even if she's just in denial, she will continue to deny it even with lots of evidence--it'll just stress her out.

I strongly suspect this seperation involves more than you think you know about it. And mom & dad are more than likely only staying married for the sake of you kids.

It's nobody's fucking business. Marriage is like the Jesuits, you only really know if you're on the inside. Maybe he's not. Maybe he is and your mom knows and they decided to stay together for the kids. Maybe he has an "understanding" with your mom, even if that understanding is that she understands that she's not going to understand that he's stepping out on her. Maybe she's cheating, too, and is better at hiding it.

Trust me, when you get older, shit isn't 100% black and white anymore. I've seen couples do some stuff that, when I was younger, I thought was pretty twisted, but people will do things to maintain their own realities, and that's up to them to choose to do or not.
