Here's some quick advice:

read "what every body is saying" by Joe Navarro. It will help you put your body language in perspective, and it's a quick read that you can knock out in an afternoon.

To help with mumbling, let her do damn near all the talking. When you speak, speak from your chest and gut, not your nose. Youtube some videos to get what i mean. Your role is to guide the convo by asking her questions and playfully tease a few of her stories. Especially if she's approaching you. When I get approached, I like to think of it as a guaranteed f-close and the more useless shit I say, the more likely I'll shoot myself in the dick.

Now on to your unicorn, god damn I laugh as I type that. FUCK HER OR FIND SOMEONE ELSE. If you've been reading as much as you say have, then you should god damn know you got oneitis for this chick. I honestly had some empathy for your "what to do when I get approached" question but then you started talking about that crap. Come on man. Either set a date up and escallate or move the fuck on.

I've had a chick call me up to tell me her boyfriend just left out of town and she's only wearing a yellow bikini. When i got there she tells me how much she loves her boyfriend and all other sorts of shit. We fucked 4 times that day. I'm not telling you this so you think "omg he's sooooo kewl" but as anecdotal evidence that chicks need a reason to fuck and they will say anything to avoid responsibility for their actions.

To build off your analogy, you're trying to get to that chicken dinner way too fast, it's obvious you're dying of hunger when you behave that way and it only does you harm. You need to calm down, act like you don't need to fuck something right now, be interested in things that are going on around you other than the girl. If a girl approaches you, listen to her, calmly look at her, see what she's wearing, check out her eye color, her shoes, etc. Just slow down. If you act like a beast that hasn't eaten in 18 years, you'll kick her right off the edge. If you look calm, collected, observant and genuinely interested on what she's saying as well as what's going on around you you'll be much better off. Mumbling is a big no and it usually comes from not thinking clearly and not being confident in your words, the same goes for stuttering. Just take some deep breaths, keep a solid posture and don't try and say too much.

If girls are approaching you just be fun. Make jokes, keep eye contact, but not in an intense way, just do it to be present in the moment. And as far as the girl is concerned, you'd probably rather have her after her first time. I was just interacting with a girl like this and the fact that she hasn't had sex isn't usually the only problem with her. Girls who are like that are my favorite to game, but not in a way that I'm leading it to sex, do it in a way that you're just slowly pushing her out of her comfort zone. She takes sex and personal interactions way too seriously, she's uptight and is likely terrible at socializing in the first place because she has no idea what sexual tension is or why it's so much fun. With her just poke holes in this goddess needing her prince charming facade. Just stand behind her in public and direct her gaze to guys on the room, "what about him? He's probably rich. But you're right maybe he's a player"

I don't know exactly what she's like, but from my experience with girls like this, they're way too defensive, they have unreal expectations and their first guy usually leads to some sort of heart break and then they pull a 180.
