How do you play "the long game" to game a woman you KNOW will be available in the future?

Nothing to it really. Just add them on social media and forget about them. Make short term goals and long term goals with women.

I've slept with plenty of girls that were years in the making. Just like their photos and comment every now and then. Don't give too much attention or appear too thirsty. One day it'll just feel right and you PM them and ask them on a date.

Nothing. I'm in a similar situation in that an old friend, who I'm interested to be in a LTR with, has told me she's moving to my city and I'm positive I'll be able to get her once she's here.

There's no reason to overthink this and try to play a "long game." Live your life normally, and when the time comes (whenever she's available,) do your thing.
