To have possibility of getting her back while not losing her respect you have to stop wanting to get her back, you can be only willing to take her back (take, not get!!!). If you will get your mind to not wanting her anymore, you wont take her back when change her mind.
So focus on lift, meditate, learn, etc to get her out of your mind. Fucking other girls will speed up process immensely.
