Make up a pretext.

Did she seem interested in your dog when you were talking? Say "come meet sparky, he's super friendly"

Literally anything in your apartment that's even remotely interesting just day "come check this out"

Getting them to your room should be an indirect thing that feel natural. If you want to verbalize, you need to say things like " want to come see my music collection?" or " come check out this hilarious video i have on my laptop". It is indirect and they know that sex will happen.

This way a girl doesn't feel "cheap" or "slutty" because you were not direct about sex.

It depends on the girl. If they like you and like to fuck, just make up some context to come to your place. I usually put on my biggest shit-eating grin and say "we can listen to music and stare deeply into each other's eyes."
