Pro tip: Next time send her a message immediately after she gave you her number. "Hey! Who's that cute guy standing right with you?" That way you can make sure you have the right number and you don't have to connect to last time.

is kinda odd, since she didnt mention work before you mentioned a movie

Just text her once setting up something simple like a coffee or something and check how she reacts, if she bails or tries to wiggle out, next her

Be sure not to sound clingy, just a brief convo about setting up a date

Texting wasn't too bad but the biggest blunder was saying catch a movie. Seems like she flipped the switch after you said that because her asking what you're up to tonight sounds like an opening. I would say when are you free. Go from there.

There's nothing for you to respond, OP, you were the last one to text, the flag is with her. I think you should soft next her, if she comes back, you try to set other date.
