There was a good post on TRP about meditation:

Highly recommended. The depression you're feeling sounds very similar to what I used to deal with — the lack of purpose, the feeling of meaninglessness. What got me out? The understanding that my anger and sense of betrayal had more to do with my expectations. It was all supposed to be different! Not like this! There was gonna be something, and now there's nothing!
Until you make peace with that, you're trapped inside your own disappointment. Once you do, the Matrix is yours to do with as you see fit. Life is Minecraft — situations and relationships only have the value you place on them. Make peace with the Nothing, and then you are ready to build.

This is it, everything I needed. Not the male friends not anything anyone else said. Thank you so much.

I feel similiar only I've been coasting for about 18 months now...
It took me a long while to realise but it was because I quit martial arts. Has nothing to do with the exercise but my sensei and his family, I feel closer to them then my own family, and I lived with them for over a year.
Keep your body working hard and your mind wont even get the chance to be depressed. You will stop thinking about the future, and look back happily at the past. I'm not entirely sure what motivates my sensei to work harder than anyone else I have ever met but I think it's 1) his spirituality and 2) his family. I mean none of us have honorable family names but his family has a really respectable and honourable history in which he knows he must maintain and lift higher. This seems so extreme to be ridiculous but I do think the only way I will be happy in life is to master myself by 35-40 years old, change my last name and start a new family legacy. In that case finding the right women will be the least of my worries.
Meditation, hell some of us even need religion, to meet our potential. Your costing through life, because almost everyone in society is costing through life, our society is built this way. Just gotta find something that means everything to you, and until you find it, searching for it should be that thing.

You sound depressed. The philosophical bullshit is your mind trying to think up a logical reason why you feel bad. But that's not why you feel bad. You feel bad because you don't have guy friends...it sounds like you lost all your old guy friends due to the breakup and going full-on Red Pill. So, make some new ones. Pick a few activities that successful men do for fun, ideally a combat sport, and do them most days until you have a new set of friends. This will make you feel better, and that's important because if you feel like shit your routine will fall apart.

I have no desire to do anything. I'm pretty much just coasting through life.
What you have to realize is that it's not about always feeling top notch in life. It's a phase and it's gonna pass. Stay on course, think about what you want to achieve and go for it. You're not feeling like it? Well fuck, life's hard bro, push yourself through that. Stop thinking and just do.
