In general the only people that can pull that kind of style off are those who have a certain "swag" to them, i.e. musicians, actors, artists, and the like. If everything else about you is average then it can come off wrong. Also, look at most male models or men who women consider attractive: they have short, masculine hair and either are clean shaven or have some kind of stubble. You have to admit, the kind of style which you posted is not your average style, but rather polarizing and has a certain connotation associated with it.

I applaud you for not bending to the status quo, but if these girls are all you want in life then you need to do what it takes to get it and not be stubborn about it. Keep lifting. Get a haircut. Find a suitable facial hair style that matches your face structure or just go clean shaven.

You seem to still have women on the pedestal, and have some self-confidence issues. Rock the short hair, and don't give a shit what anyone says or thinks about your receding hairline. You won't come off as confident until you can embrace your flaws. And a core tenet of TRP philosophy is that you need to live for yourself and not for women. The women will follow afterwords.

Not everyone can be attractive, yet there are plenty of average looking guys who slay. So what if some attention-seeking slut on the internet doesn't think you would look better either way. You care about their opinion too much for me to believe you are outcome independent and confident in yourself. It also seems that your interaction with these girls reeks of insecurity (although I can only go off of what you have said).

Lift. Lift again. Lose fat or bulk up (whichever you need). Get a haircut and trim/shave your beard. And stop validating yourself through the opinions of other people.

If you are adamant about keeping your style then you need to be %100 confident in it and fake it till you make it. You have to be congruent in who you are for it to work. Depp's style + insecure and not confident = weird loser. Depp's style + confidence/narcissism = sexy bad boy.

Also, that facial hair? Doesn't really work for anyone. Even Depp, if he wasn't a wildly famous actor, probably couldn't pull that off without already being known for being a wildcard. A rich, successful wildcard at that.

Like /u/trp_logs said though, this is more of an issue with you and self-confidence rather than your whispy moustache.
