Normally I'd laugh at him and tell him to fuck off because I'm secure with myself but today the following happened and I need a solution because I'm tired of this bullshit.

Keep in mind: I'm in high school, lots of petty bullshit is blown way out of proportion, (see other posts for my experience with women, basically its not the best but not horrible), I attract assholes, 1 guy stole 20$ from me, one threatened to stab me/run me over and some cunt told a bunch on people I was gay, the i dealt drugs and then he tried to fight me (literally never talked to that last guy) And now I'm fed up.

This time my buddy and I were at Tim Horton's late at night (because its a small we hangout there all the time probably 3-5 nights a week and we usually hang inside or parking lot) we know everyone who works there. We usually order free water and we get jokingly teased for being cheap.

Me and this one friend often hang out with our bigger group of guys (4 guys including me and him) and sometimes we Hang out alone and talk about chicks (hes a very trusted friend and we wing man for each other when we pickup chicks)

Anyways there is this Blue Pill beta-bitch passive agressive little twat who works with all the girls there and he always gives me and my buddy a hard time but tonight he crossed the line and he made me realize that telling a teacher, calling the cops, laughing it off or "being the bigger man" isnt the answer. I tried all that and it only gets worse.

Anyways so on to the story

We went in and said hi to the girls (who are usually nice to us) we saw beta-fag he made a comment about my hair (i lightened it a bit and changed my hairstyle as part of the new redpill me) he was giving me a hard time i brushed him off, he made fun of my beard told me to shave it (he is bare faced and i doubt he can grow anything) again i brushed it off and continued to tease, flirt and give the girls "a hard time" jokingly like i usually do.

he then proceeded to comment on how people think me and my friend are a gay couple, like i said before normally I'd tell him to fuck off and be done with it but it was in front of all the girls.

and what bothered me the most is that these girls whom i thought were my "friends" (or atleast not assholes) they went along with it and startign saying shit like

"oh ya omg! i could see that haha you two would be a great couple" and he got this little passive-agressive bitch smile.

I looked him dead in the eye and said

"gay huh?.....you know what, see you at 10oclock ill be outside waiting (that's when he got off)

now keep in mind this guy is smaller than me so i wasnt going to do anything, i just wanted to scare him and bitch him out infront of girls, make him run away...

Anyways i think he left work early and so I didn't get to scare him. and this is a pattern whenever a guy picks on me he will do it passive agressively but then never man up to it. They will either pick on me when they are with friends (where i'm outnumbered), when they are behind a counter(in this case), they will disappear for a week(the guy who stole my $20) or they will spread rumors. Never to my face, always passive agressively...

My question is how do i handle guys insulting me infront of women? what should i do about people saying I'm gay? Where should i go from here?

tl;dr - Went to my usual hangout spot with just me and my friend, some cunt called me and my friend a gay couple infront of all the girls I know, the girls joined in with him, i scared him and he left early but I dont know what do about these bullies. always picking fights and being dickheads, telling doesnt work I just got bullied worse...any thoughts, suggestions or advice
