I'll be in a semi-big city for a month in a foreign (eastern-european) country, I speak the language. I know some people here (distant realtives, chubby chick, etc.) but noone I really want to hang out with.

I'm signing up for a gym, going to a meetup (from meetup.com), and setting up Tinder ASAP. What other ways are there to get into some social circles (and laid) for a month?
