Presumably you look older and when she found out you were younger, she wanted to be on your level.

She is probably into you. If she cares enough to lie to you about her age ...

Maybe to get you to date her even though she is underage. I would not mess with someone who does this, it's potentially big trouble.

I would be surprised if she's 18.

If they even look close, insist on ID before even kissing.

Women are hypergamous. They always want to date up. Maybe you've noticed in high school that younger women are constantly dating/banging older men.

If you look 25, she most likely thought you wouldn't be into her if you knew she was 18.

This is the worst at college bars. Tons of high school girls who visit the college pretend to be in their 20's to get with older guys.
