Well let's clarify your question first. You are apparently talking about the show "It's always sunny in philadelphia". Dennis claims "I have a foolproof system for getting any chicks undying love and devotion for life".

First off, I would argue that it's not possible. Undying love and devotion for life? A foolproof system? No, clearly not. I'm fairly certain that no matter what you say, do, or give to a woman Ryan Reynolds could take any bitch you have in 20 minutes lol...

Let's assume however that you're asking if the Dennis system gets girls to really like you. I would say probably not since it's entirely a joke. "have her car towed" "slash her tires" "call her from a pay phone and threaten her" in order to create dependency? I hope I don't have to tell you not to do those things. It will not turn out how you think or hope it will...

Sure, demonstrating value sounds reminiscent of concepts adopted by trp... and emotional, economic, social dependency might make a girl more likely to stay with you... and the whole thing about "neglect emotionally" runs parallel to strategies that have already been applied and dissected in similar communities. The question becomes, if you're giving credit to the ideas from the show because they sound similar to "game theory" or sexual strategy, why don't you just stick to the real deal as opposed to searching for meaning in a sitcom comedy bit?

I'm not surprised it sounds similar to your relationship. The joke would not make sense if there was no basis in reality.
