Plenty of ideas.

The simplest and most effective move is to hold out an open hand after eye contact. If they take it, pull them in close, spin them, etc. If they like getting physical then you can grab their hair and kiss them in a few minutes. If you're escalating that fast get the number and bounce fast or take home immediately.

Stand at the outside of the dance floor and focus on the music. Out of the corner of your eye look for girls checking you out or subtly moving closer to you. If you're thinking Does she want me to approach? She gave you a sneaky IOI and you need to act on it immediately. Comment on something she's wearing and start dancing. Closer to closing time the more likely you are to close. This method requires lots of style and above average musculature and facial aesthetics- you rely on their curiosity.
