First of all, identical twins? What is he /10? Why? What are you /10? Why? If you guys both got fit and had successful careers the amount of women you could pull with the identical twin gimmick is sick. This will make him happier but it will NOT happen overnight. You guys have to become very close first. Be a good brother and a good role model for him. This will work even better if you guys are identical twins (the mentality of "I've got the same body to work with why is he doing so much better I have to improve to catch up").

I recently just found out from our mom that he has been overwhelmed with classes and actually called the schools suicidal hotline a few times this past month. (Fuck this hurt to hear)

Single mother or is she just the more vocal parent? If single, were you two raised that way or did they split after you two became adults? Are you 18+ / in or done with uni?

I know my twin, he always works hard to get good grades and is the top performer of all our siblings including me. Its a pride thing for him, all the hard work pays off with good grades / success and that fuels him.

The good AND bad thing here is he already seems to care a lot about the self improvement half of TRP. This is good because he is halfway there. This is bad because he will see TRP as woman hating, because to him (BP who agrees with everything except the woman part) that's pretty much what it is.

With that said I KNOW for a fact its more then just being overwhelmed, and I think its mainly this girl he is orbiting who is LEACHING off of him. literally sucking his life away...he has feelings for her but she just uses him. (for the past 3 years) Even our mom was telling me she knows this girl is just using him and once shes out of his life he can heal.

What's his testosterone like? Does he eat a lot of soy? Is he vegetarian? Does he lift? I think the best way to wake him up to TRP truths (this will also help his brain functions in school) is to somehow increase his T levels. Cook for him more often. Take him to the gym. When uni is over and it's the summer, take him to bars and try to get him to pick up women. If he won't do bars, get him to hit on women in some kind of book club or at a hospital, etc. Whereever his element is. Work around him, don't force him to become a shadow of you.

My twin has never had a GF and maybe has kissed a few girls max. So I think this girl has really been the icing on the cake due to the stress of being at a top university studying for med school..Its like he cant catch a break in his eyes..It hurts me a lot to see him orbit this undeserving CUNT. Shes literally a parasite.

This reeks of him needing a strong male role model in his life. Be that male role model. Absolutely do NOT use RP terminology (plates is the only one I've ever used to my BP friends and they thought it was weird but they agreed it's much better than "side hoe", the alternative). Absolutely do NOT hate on women he's friendzoned with. If he complains about their behavior, actually listen to him. When he's done, tell him how you'd react THROUGH A RED PILL LENS. DO NOT ACTUALLY USE RP TERMINOLOGY OR EVEN MENTION TRP. Mentioning TRP will drive him away. Being a good brother (and father figure if necessary) will bring you two together.

You don't. It's been said time and again. You are not a missionary for TRP. When someone is ready for the information here, they'll find it themselves. Over 100,000 men should be testament to that.

I agree with /u/xRILLIANx, but at the same time recognize this is your family and he is in so much pain that he is in a literal literal way considering suicide. It's not good for a brother, even worse for a twin.

You need to reach out and talk to him. Ask him why he is so hung up on this woman and why she deserves his all when she is giving him her none. The lyrics are "Give me all of you, I'll give you all of me" not "half ass it and I'll give you all of me." You need to walk him through the discovery of this girl being toxic for him. You can't tell him, he will never hear. You can't show him, he will never see. He needs to figure this out on his own, and you need to be a facilitator.

Thing is, this kind of thing is different for every person, and I'd expect you as his twin to be better at it than me, a stranger on the internet.
