No. If you're a hot alpha they love it. If you're not high enough attractiveness you're a creep. It's that simple. You either come out of the gate hot, bold and ready to be rejected with zero fucks given, or you soften them up with charismatic warmth, something friendly but clearly "not just friends" in how you speak & open up the conversation, then you can lay in with "babe" or "beautiful" but use that word like it's her name, not describing her like some special snowflake princess or flower like a mangina beta would do.

Odd example, but think about how black people say the word nigga... or how stereotypical southern people call everybody sweetie.

It completely depends on how natural you make it look. I wouldn't throw around beautiful like that though. I'd hate it if you're going around validating waitresses.

Only if you make it inappropriate or tacky by getting all weird about it. They hear much worse and tackier in the course of an average shift.
