Title is self explanatory. I have been reading a lot of books so far regarding TRP, and I am now trying to put it into practice. This is my first attempt ever since swallowing the red pill, so I apologize in advance if I seem like a total noob, because I am.

Now for some background info: I had a lot of guy friends in high school, but when it came to girls I was a total fucking beta. Got oneitis for any girl that would show me even a modicum of attention. Always wanted to ask this one girl to prom. Didn't. I graduated high school last year having ended up not going to prom, but I want to prove to myself that I have changed. Said girl is a senior in high school. This is how the conversation has gone so far.

Me: "What color dress?"

Her: "What?"

Me: "For prom"

Me: "So I know what color tie to get"

Her: "Lol wat"

Me: "What color dress are you getting for prom? I gotta know what color tie to get"

Her: "White..."

--1 hr later--

Her: "So why are you going to prom?"

Her: "Do you have a date?!"

Me: "You"

Her: "When did I agree to this"

Me: "Let's go get chipotle"

Her: "When...?"

Me: "Wednesday at 4"

Her: "I'll go if you promise not to ask me to prom"

Me: "Why on earth would I ask you again if we're already going"

Her: "When did you decide that WE are going?"

Me: "Either last night or two nights ago"

Her: "And what made you decide this?"

Me: "Must've been the alcohol"

I need some advice from my fellow brothers on how to proceed next. Did I come on too strong? Is this a lost cause? I should also add that her replies went from 1+ hours between texts to a few minutes.
