This minor age difference is negligible, IMO. Except to say, your biggest hurdle is the fact that all women are typically interested in older men.

Game them the same as you would a girl your age. Some will like you, some will not. Some wont take you seriously as you're younger, others might see a "fun younger guy".

I don't know why you would want to "aim" for a particular age group, especially with plates. Just go fuck the hottest ones you can find.
