This girl I met on Tinder gave me get number and seemed down to meet up, but then asked if we could meet up later in the week because she has the flu. Now I don't really believe her, because she said she had the flu after she accepted to meeting up. What kind of shit test is this and how do I respond?

edit: here's how the texts went I said hey it's me when do you finish classes today. She said it's mlk day so no classes, but I have the plague. Then I said ok then let me come examine you meet me at this place. And then she said, another day? I'm really not feeling well.
