I get jealous pretty easily but I never actually show it. I don't like when the girls I'm dating are with other dudes. Am I just insecure? Is there a fix to this?

Edit: she's not just a plate/fuck buddy. We're dating but not necessarily exclusive. I've invested a decent amount of time/emotions with her so that's why I feel jealous. I wouldn't care if she just came to fuck and left.
