You should not build comfort (talking all that much) before you build attraction. You're putting yourself in the friend zone right now, so set up a date soon, go out for drinks and show her you're a sexual prospect, not just a guy that she can have nice convos with.

Ive been having a problem with a plate texting me everyday, and somehow getting me to converse with her, i realized i gave up any power i had to tell her to hold back on the texts, so I put on the best show i could in person. She asked if i was gonna text her , i told her "maybe, I'm busy so dont wait on me" just make sure you smile.

The doubt will have her waiting to see if you will text her regardless is she takes your business into consideration.
